Murphy Foundation Donates to SGCVFD 501(C)(3)

On Thursday morning, August 29, 2024 at Fire Station 2 on Cape San Blas, Cindy and Brendan Murphy, at right, presented a $5,000 check on behalf The Murphy Family Foundation to our non-profit SGCVFD 501(c)(3) to help support SGFR’s beach safety and water rescue programs, first responders and beach warning flag program. On hand to receive this much-appreciated donation were Valerie Homan, SGCVFD 501(c)(3) treasurer, at left, and George Bisoglio, newly elected board member and certified water rescue volunteer.
